Test / Measure / Compare

A rating system for physical capability.

Ranked as
  • Chess has Elo.
  • Golf has a handicap.
  • Climbing has grades.

Functional fitness has nothing.

Own the
number.

Every serious athlete already tests. You know what a sub-40 Murph means, what a 1:15 HYROX means, what 20 strict pull-ups means.

That comparison lives on gym whiteboards and in group chats. Kadre gives it one portable number that means something to anyone who hears it.

Same tests.
A higher standard.

We never invent a standard. Every test on Kadre already carried weight before we got here, with official rules, movement standards and a scoring table you can check.

One number.
Four axes.

Every test you log feeds one score, normalised to your cohort. It's built to be said out loud: “I'm an 1,840.” It holds steady through one bad session and fades if you stop testing.

Engine
Aerobic capacity, sustained output
Strength
Maximal force
Strength-endurance
Repeated output under fatigue
Work capacity
Mixed-modal output over time

The axis breakdown is the diagnosis. “Engine in the 94th, strength-endurance in the 66th” tells you what to train next.

Launch ships percentiles per test. The composite score switches on once there are enough athletes to make it honest. Below 30 in a cohort, we show your rank and the sample size, not a percentile.

Rating is absolute.
Ranking is relative.

You're measured against athletes of your age, sex and occupation, not against a Games finalist. Most people will never qualify for anything, and they still deserve to know exactly where they stand.

  • Hybrid athlete in race kit doing a kettlebell farmers carry through orange haze

    Civilian

Hybrid athletes, HYROX racers, the 5am crowd.

  • Soldier in combat uniform, plate carrier and rucksack marching at dawn

    Military

Selection standards, unit pride, the ruck.

  • Police officer in navy uniform dragging a rescue dummy at night

    LEO

    Occupational tests with real consequences.

  • Firefighter in full turnout gear pulling a hose in front of flames

    Fire

Work capacity under load, on the clock.

Trust is
the product.

A leaderboard nobody believes is worth nothing. So everyone enters, everyone appears with a badge showing how their result was checked, and the top of every board has to prove it.

The shirt doesn't say the brand. It says what you did: the test, the standard, the year, on a small stencil block. Insiders read it. Everyone else reads nothing.

You can't buy it. Hit the standard and it unlocks.

Max-effort tests push people past sensible limits. A rating system shouldn't reward that, so we built against it.
